The openness Act
The Openness Act came into force on 1 July 2022, and aims to ensure transparency around larger companies' handling of negative consequences related to basic human rights and decent working conditions related to the companies' services.
Gritera is covered by the Openness Act, which obliges us to:
- Carry out due diligence assessments in accordance with OECD guidelines for multinational companies
- Account for our work with due diligence assessments related to human rights and decent working conditions
- Respond to information requests from the general public
