Kristoffer has 12 years of experience from the customer and supplier side as project manager and advisor for retail and FMCG companies. Kristoffer has broad experience from Supply Chain Management and other processes within these industries, and has led transformations and departments with both agile and traditional methodologies. Kristoffer sees the value in choosing the optimal methodolog in a project, whether it is agile, traditional, or a combination of the two, which provides the best foundation for optimal achievement of objectives.

Kristoffer has experience from ERP implementations, AI projects, loyalty programs, development of webshops, and functional roles within off-the-shelf products and self-developed solutions.

Kristoffer is used to working closely with all levels of an organisation, from directors to warehouse staff. Kristoffer works in a structured way, and has very good communication skills, so that key stakeholders are always well informed. He is dedicated and always delivers good quality in his work, and he receives good feedback from customers.

Kristoffer has followed leadership development programs at a former employer, and has certifications and courses in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ERP (MS Dynamics) and AI (MS Principles of Machine learning, MS Data Science Essentials and Boost AI Trainer).
