Main experience
Pernille has a background in consulting and change management, and is now exploring her passion of Human Resources.
Her experience from consultancy include roles related to innovation culture and competency building within companies. Also knowledge of designing end-to-end processes and implementing HR related topics to an organization.
Pernille is a certified Prosci change manager, with a passion for leading people in change. In her last role, she gained experience in local laws and regulations on subjects within health and safety, onboarding, policies and more.
She recently moved to a Nordic HR partner role where she has supported the business directly and worked closely with leaders on staffing, recruitment, culture, learning and other relevant HR topics.
Pernille has a strong passion for strategic HR work and to support people to be and feel at their best.
