Senior Consultant
Senior consultant with experience in team management, test management and HR. Solution oriented and genuinely interested in digitalization that meets both business and people needs.
Main experience
Sindre has 3 years of experience from the IT industry, both as a consultant and team leader. He has experience from several development and digitalization projects within the banking industry and public sector. He has had multiple roles, as project manager, team leader, test manager and advisor. He holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology and leadership, and is ISTQB certified.
Through his competencies and experiences, Sindre is focused on quality assurance in all stages of the projects he is part of. Simultaneously, he is particularly focused on ensuring clear and effective communication and a shared understanding and cooperation between the human resources. He often takes the role of bridging the gap between technical resources and other project stakeholders to ensure this.
Personal characteristics that can be highlighted are his proactiveness, curiosity and solution orientation. He is responsible, adaptive, and motivated by challenging targets. Sindre is passionate about the people around him, and in ensuring and improving drive, motivation and well-being.
