Main experience
Pernille is an experienced project manager with more than 10 years' experience in the planning, implementation and operation of strategic IT solutions. Pernille has held roles as customer account manager, project manager, change manager and maintenance manager for business-critical solutions in both the private and public sector. In the deliveries, the focus has been on delivering on the agreed time, budget and quality. In maintenance of solutions, the focus has been on compliance with agreed service levels, quality, customer follow-up, team management and continuous improvement of deliveries. Pernille has also been a mentor and people manager, and thrives in roles where she gets to build teams and collaboration to deliver good solutions.
Pernille has experience with both supplier follow-up and as a customer manager, which gives her a unique perspective as a project manager. She is a certified Prince2 Practitioner, and in recent years has sharpened her skills in analysis, goal setting, requirement definition and planning of IT projects.
