We will offer better compensation than in traditional consulting companies and greater financial security than as an independent consultant. In Gritera, we also have an open and fair salary policy where everyone in the company can see what everyone earns. This transparency should contribute to a fair salary and counteract any form of discrimination

With Secure, you get a fixed salary in all its simplicity - the same amount into the account every month. As a permanent employee, you receive a pension, good insurance and holiday pay. Employees with 4-7 years of experience will have a total salary of between 0.98 and 1.2 MNOK and employees with more than 8 years of experience will have a total salary of between 1.25 and 1.31 MNOK.

With Balanced, you get a fixed salary in addition to a bonus consisting of 28-33% (depends on experience level) of your invoicing. The fixed salary ensures that you always have enough to pay your bills, and the commission ensures you a fair share of your earnings. Employees with 4-7 years of experience will typically have a total salary of between 1.28 and 1.56 MNOK and employees with more than 8 years of experience will typically have a total salary of between 1.68 and 1.83 MNOK when working in full time position. About half of the total salary will be a fixed salary that is completely independent of your invoicing rate.

With Freedom, your salary will depend on how much you work and how attractive your competence is perceived in the market for the projects you take on. Put simply: The salary will be calculated as 63-67% (depends on experience level) of your personal invoicing. Employees with 4-7 years of experience will typically have a total salary of between 1.5 and 1.8 MNOK and employees with more than 8 years of experience will typically have a total salary of between 1.8 and 2.1 MNOK when working in full time position.

As a Gritera employee, you have full freedom of choice among the compensation models. Permanent employees can choose between Secure, Balanced and Freedom. After choosing a compensation model, employees can also switch to model another later. 

In addition to receiving fixed salary and bonus salary dependent on personal invoicing as mentioned below per model, the Gritera-advisors can also receive sales- and recruitment bonuses when contributing in these respective areas. 

Gritera takes the full cost of employer contribution and pension expenses regardless of compensation model, so in no way is this "baked into" the salaries mentioned below.

The guidelines must show what is expected of employees at all times in order to contribute to a good working environment and well-being at Gritera and which is in line with the legislation. Although the guidelines cover a lot, they will never be able to cover all scenarios that may arise - it is therefore expected that all employees act with integrity and according to social norms at work to help us create the dream home for our consultants.

Extra expectations for our partners and personnel managers in Gritera

Partners and personnel managers in Gritera have a special responsibility to act professionally and in line with Gritera's values ​​at all times. As a manager, you are expected to be a role model for our employees and someone who promotes our guidelines for a good working environment. You are expected to assist those you are responsible for to familiarize themselves with and follow the guidelines that Gritera lives by. You are also expected to contribute to creating a workplace where it is safe to ask questions, as well as share openly about concerns and challenges.

Gritera values ​​its employees and works actively to ensure the safety and security of everyone who works with us. Activities or behavior that challenges the safety of our employees must cease immediately. By actively working in line with the safety instructions, Gritera wants to achieve a workplace without incidents. Employees are expected to act in line with the guidelines and report any deviations or incidents to the appropriate authorities. Gritera ensures routines for follow-up of reporting and takes action where necessary.

Gritera has zero tolerance for violence and threats in the workplace. It is strictly forbidden to act in a way that is threatening to others. This includes verbal attacks, intimidation, aggression, physical abuse or threats.

The zero-tolerance for violence is applicable in all additions where the employee is associated with Gritera, be it over company events, at a customer's place or at the workplace.

It is expected that our employees exercise self-control in connection with the consumption of alcohol at company events and in the workplace, and ensure that they are not a distraction for others. It is expected that partners are extra aware of this. It is also expected that you are aware of the effect alcohol has on your judgment and behaviour. When you participate as a representative of Gritera at events where alcohol is served, you are expected to act professionally and in line with our values ​​at all times.

There is zero tolerance for the use of illegal drugs both in the workplace and at events at Gritera and customers.

Work with us

Martin has held many different roles in IT projects, he has solid experience in project management, delivery management, IT implementation work, strategic analyses, and data management in several industries.

Among the areas he has the most experience are strategic analyses of how IT can support business requirements. He has worked extensively with the development of better services and more efficient work processes related to digitalization, what new opportunities you can find in technical development, and what is required to gain profits from this development.

Martin is analytical and structured. He has therefore held several key roles in projects based on analyses of large amounts of data. He is able to lift the team´s perspective, see issues from other angles and suggest alternative solutions.

Through work in many different projects, Martin has gained a lot of experience related to the coordination and structuring of issues and work tasks that involve many stakeholders. He is a good communicator and brings both technical and functional expertise. He is therefore often an important contributor in discussions between business and IT.

Martin also brings previous leadership experience from both the Armed Forces and Accenture Norway.

Martin Lund

Martin is responsible for Project Management-service in Gritera. He is an experienced consultant with knowledge and experience from several roles in IT projects in the private and public sector.

Svein has 10+ years of experience in IT technology and information security. The lion's share of his career is from the defense sector, where he has worked, among other things, in the Norwegian Cyber ​​Force, the Norwegian Intelligence Service and the Ministry of Defense.

In his role as Head of Information Security/CISO for both the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defense and the Norwegian Customs, he has led the organisation's strategy for information security and ensured that premises are set, advise in the field and control compliance with laws and regulations.

Svein is certified in ISO 27001 for information security management and ISO 27005 for information security risk management. Furthermore, he is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and has a number of courses within the field. His main areas are implementation of security frameworks, IT security audits and maturity assessments of information security and general consultancy within information security management/Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).

Svein Bekkevold

Svein is a partner in Gritera Security and is an experienced project manager and passionate about creating a dream home for Norway's best management and technology advisors!

Mayo has a master's in information security with a bachelor's in programming and networking. He has also worked with technical incident management in SOC during his studies. With this background, Mayo stands out in his ability to understand connections across people, processes and technology in his role as a security advisor.

Mayo has 2.5 years of experience as a security consultant, where he has been involved in leading and running large cyber transformation projects, risk assessments, GRC, ISMS, procurement of security solutions, security audits, and compliance. He also has experience in running PMO and CISO advisory, in addition to establishing control frameworks such as NIST in organisations.

Mayo communicates well with stakeholders and project staff and works closely with internal and external parties to deliver systematic deliveries with quality. He is good at leading and coordinating both large and small projects through his ability to drive, plan, and communicate, in addition to creating good relationships and well-being with those he works with.

Mayouran Navaratnarajah

Mayo is a senior consultant at Gritera with expertise in information security, risk management, management, and strategy. He has a great interest in cyber security and believes that the key to quality in projects is to listen and understand the client's situation and needs in order to provide customized solutions.

Kingsley brings 8 years of diverse experience in business-driven IT and digitization projects, spanning both customer and supplier roles. As a seasoned project manager, he specializes in driving innovation and transformation. His track record includes successful project leadership in the public and private sectors, with a deep understanding of digital strategy, IT procurement, and the implementation of various solutions like POS, PIM, HRM, and CRM.

With prior experience as a venture capitalist and currently serving as the Head of Ventures at Gritera, Kingsley's true passion lies in entrepreneurship and nurturing early-stage companies. He has taken the lead in Gritera's venture initiatives, driving innovation and providing valuable support to promising start-ups on their path to success.

Kingsley is known for his ability to foster innovation, structure complex projects, and deliver results. He thrives on collaboration, effortlessly bridging organizational and disciplinary boundaries, and his engaging leadership style creates a collaborative work environment.

Kingsley holds well-known certifications, including TOGAF 9 Foundation, PRINCE2 Agile Foundation, Professional Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Product Owner, PRINCE2 Foundation, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt.

Kingsley Dankwah

Senior Manager at Gritera and Head of Ventures. Experienced consultant and former venture capitalist. Passionate about optimizing operational processes in established businesses and fostering the growth of promising start-ups.

Jonas has several years of experience with IT operations management and implementation projects in both private and public sector. Primarily as the project manager. He has led several implementation projects and deployments. In his role he has acquired solid experience as a project manager for both clients and suppliers. In the past year, he has worked as a strategic and operational advisor within IT operations management and security.

Jonas is accustomed to working with different professional environments and thrives at the intersection between IT and business. 
He has a good technical understanding and experience with how technology can be utilized to facilitate increased productivity and value creation. Jonas's main strength lies in ensuring structured progress and involvement of suitable project resources.

As a person, Jonas is structured, solution-oriented and versatile, with a positive attitude. He is certified in PRINCE2 Foundation, Management of Portfolios Foundation (MoP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Scrum Master and Azure Fundamentals.

Jonas Fellkjær

Jonas is an advisor with several years of experience with project management, technology, system implementation and IT operations management. Jonas provides a structured progress throughout the project and ensures the involvement of suitable project resources. He strives to create trust and build strong relationships in the projects where he takes part.

Stian has eight years of experience within the fields of data, insight and analytics. He has obtained deep technical expertise in designing, building and maintaining cloud and on-premise data platforms through his projects in public and private sector.

In addition the his technical expertise, Stian quickly familiarizes with the client's issues and focuses on business understanding to ensure that the right questions are answered.

Stian has held roles as data analyst, data engineer, data architect, and project manager. His colleagues describes him as skillful, detail oriented and a person who always has time for questions.

Stian Krey

Stian is an experienced senior manager with a passion to help companies utilize their data to gain insight and make better data driven decisions.

Baste has over eight years of experience in assisting Norway's largest companies in creating value from their data, utilizing a strong data & analytics expertise, combined with a solid business understanding as a civil economist from NHH. 

He has experience in leading teams and projects to results utilizing agile principles, and has been a consultant in topics such as data strategy, cloud migration of data warehouses, DevOps and D&A organization. In most projects, he has contributed hands-on as a team leader, data/BI/ML engineer and as an architect. 

Baste has in-depth knowledge of banking and insurance, having completed a large number of projects in the sector with the most professional players in Norway. Here he has delivered added value by combining deep technical expertise with business understanding, for example in projects that include new accounting standards, regulatory reporting requirements or insurance pricing. 

Baste is a sociable and pleasant colleague who contributes to a pleasant working environment. Customers and colleagues also describe him as professionally skilled and a person who can solve even the most complex projects. 

Baste Fladmark

Baste has years of experience in assisting Norway's largest companies in creating value from their data, using his extensive data & analytics expertise, combined with a solid business understanding as a MSc in Finance. 

Nora has five years' experience in the BI/Analysis field of work and consultancy. Through several varied projects, she has aquired a cutting-edge expertise in the Power BI platform and its application. As a solution architect, Nora is passionate about designing cost-effective data models and architecture, which support current and future needs. In addition to the technical aspect, its important to her to view reporting as part of the business processes and applications. By doing this, the reporting can be designed and integrated in the best possible way to fulfill the purpose in the company. Nora enjoy giving training sessions on Power BI/reporting.

The international experience has strengthened her ability to adapt to several types of work environments and people in different situations. Nora is an energetic and hard-working person who takes good care of both collegues and customers.

Nora Hoff

Nora is a driven and proactive manager, who is passionate about the interaction between the use of data, business processes, technology and people. 

Eirik has nine years of technical experience across many different domains in the private and public sector. He is a Java &  Python developer and technical architect within business critical systems, orchestration platforms and automated deliveries. Eirik has for the past few years worked on implementation and migration of a custom Kubernetes platform and laid the groundwork for a longer modernization process within health care. 

One of Eiriks strengths is working on solutions in a larger picture, where understanding how services and processes interact with each other, the core business and users being central to securing a high quality and correct implementation. As an experienced developer, he considers supporting and guiding the people around him to be of high importance. 

 As a person, Eirik is engaged, analytical and driven. He dives deep into a given problem and seeks answers from the environment and people around him. He is used to working in the cross-section between business and development, with a good ability to secure decisions on important aspects to ensure continued progress.

Eirik Talberg

Leader and co-founder of Gritera Code, technical architect with long developer experience and with a great enthusiasm for quality.

Sylvelin is an accomplished program and project manager with more than 20 years of experience across different countries. She has often combined a project manager role with the role as business developer, functional architect or solution architect. Sylvelin has been responsible for project and portfolio management frameworks of large organization with complex process and IT-landscape. She has also solid experience from controlling in general and project controlling in particular. Sylvelin has led change initiatives using both agile and waterfall methodologies. She has also led a several “hybrid” projects, where some deliveries have been developed according to agile frameworks and other parts according to waterfall methodologies. She possesses solid business and technical understanding.

Sylvelin holds a Cand. Polit. (master's) degree from the University of Bergen, with specialization in Information science and System dynamics. She is PMP accredited from Project Management Institute, and is TOGAF, ITIL, Lean, and Six sigma certified. 

Sylvelin's clients describe her as structured, self-going, solution- and team-oriented. Often she has been praised for her ability to communicate complex matters in an understandable manner to all levels of an organization. 

System thinking is central in all her work, something that helps her to think holistic with focus on continual improvement and benefit realization.

Sylvelin Hartjen

Miriam holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU, specializing in change management. She has 2.5 years of experience in management consulting and has worked with strategy and IT projects within a wide range of industries. She has experience with data-driven decision-making, analysis and business development.

Through the projects Miriam has been a part of, she has gained expertise in strategic change management, profit realization, data migration and agile methodology. She has a good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and is a sertified SAFe® 5 Agilist.

As a person, Miriam is positive, sociable and solution-oriented. She quickly familiarizes herself with new issues and wants to achieve the best possible solution for all parties involved. Miriam is passionate about the people around her, and seeks to create motivation and well-being in the team.

Miriam Huse

Miriam is a senior consultant in Gritera with expertise in project coordination, business development and change management. She is an engaged, curious and solution-oriented advisor.

Jens has 5 years of experience as a consultant in technical testing and test management, specializing in test automation. He began his career as a business and integration architect and also has extensive experience in DevOps and agile projects, particularly within healthcare and finance in the public sector. Jens holds a Master's degree in Information Systems and is certified in ISTQB Foundation, ISTQB Advanced Test Manager, PRINCE2, and CSM (Certified Scrum Master).

As a quality assurance engineer, Jens has handled technical, functional, and non-functional testing, as well as developed solutions for quality challenges. He has worked with integration testing and maintenance of test data in large and complex data warehouses and has experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, SoapUI, TestComplete, and Katalon Studio.

Jens is an engaged, analytical, and structured individual with strong execution skills. He collaborates well across various disciplines and business areas and is known for delivering results. Jens is a valued resource and a positive contributor to his projects.

Jens Holm

Jens is a technical test manager and advisor, passionate consultant committed to delivering outstanding testing strategies and solutions for complex technology and business challenges!

Edvin has 4 years of experience from both the customer and supplier side in business-driven IT and digitization projects. He is a Digital Business Developer with experience from acquisition, implementation, management and development of business solutions, especially revolving around ERP-systems. He has in-depth technical competency, and is proficient with a broad set of digital tools.

Edvin understands business needs. His business understanding combined with his hands-on experience with a multitude of technologies throughout software stacks elevate his ability to choose, develop, manage and deliver the correct digital solutions. He has high power of execution, and a passion for technology and how technology can be used to drive business value. Through his career, he has been a part of projects in several industries. He has the most experience delivering solutions to organizations within construction and the public domain.

Edvin is structured, empathetic, innovative and engaging. He cooperates well across different disciplines and business areas, and is used to cooperate with people in most parts of an organization

Edvin Rygh

Edvin is a Manager in Gritera, Digital Business Developer and Solution Architect with a passion for technology and a drive to find, develop and implement the best solutions for an easier digital future.

Fiona has long and versatile experience as a manager, consultant and business developer from the private and public sector.

Fiona is active in the Norwegian Computer Association (DND) as vice-chairman of the professional group for Software test, and as a board member of the top board of DND. She has contributed to creating Odin - Norway's largest software test conference.

Fiona is engaging, analytical and creative. She is solution-oriented and works to ensure that everyone has a great time at work.

Fiona is certified  ISTQB, PRINCE2 project management methodology and ScrumMaster for agile methodology.

Fiona Østensvig

Fiona is responsible for the development of Gritera Quality and has a heart for quality assurance within IT systems. She is interested in how IT end-users and organization should work well together. 

Fiona is looking forward to creating a dream home for the best test and quality advisors in Norway!

Vegard has 5 years' experience as a consultant. He is a computer engineer from Buskerud Vestfold University College, in addition to having a master's degree in economics and management from Queensland University of Technology in Australia. Vegard works closely with digitization projects, and has mainly worked with automation of processes and system implementation of HR and CRM systems in particular, both as project manager and test manager.

Vegard has worked closely with the IT organization in the pharmacy and fitness industry, in addition to various other companies in the private and public sector.

In the system implementation projects Vegard has been a part of, he has been involved in the procurement phase, in addition to the implementation and test phase. This has given Vegard a good understanding of how functional and non-functional requirements are handled and tested during the project, as well as how to work with change management, training, communication and roll-out of new systems.

Vegard also has experience in leading larger development and test teams and the coordination, follow-up and reporting this entails.

As a person, Vegard is positive, structured, solution-oriented and willing to give the little extra that is needed to ensure that the projects are as successful as possible.

Vegard is certified within the Prince2 Agile foundation.

Vegard Smith-Johansen

Management consultant with experience in project management, test management and process improvement in various system development and implementation projects.

Passionate about building close relationships and solving important problems together with the customer.

Kim has more than 20 years of expereince from both the customer and supplier side in business-driven IT and digitalization projects.  Kim specializes in retail, public sector, transportation, process industry, energy and ERP.  As an executive in several IT/ consulting firms, he has documented solid results.

Kim has expertise in the subject areas of sales, sourcing, negotiations, vendor managment,  project management and deployment of business-critical processes and applications.  

As a person, Kim is energetic, driven, listening, communicating, team and solution oriented and structured. Kim is certified in PRINCE2 Agile project management methology and other methods within digitalization and quality assurance.

Kim Petersen

Senior Advisor and a very experienced program and change leader with extensive and deep experience to inspire, plan, organize and lead digitalization projects.

Stian has 15 years' experience as a test manager and delivery manager, responsible for testing and quality assurance of complex IT projects. He started as a test manager in various projects within banking, public sector, telecom, logistics and shipping. In the last 8 years, Stian has worked mainly with IT management and as delivery manager/project manager in several major international projects.

Stian has always combined various leadership roles while working directly with projects and application management.He has been involved in several large outsourcing agreements and helped shape the setup around transition, governance, quality assurance and delivery method.

Stian is analytical and a fast learner. He easily acquires new knowledge and is very solution-oriented. He communicates clearly but respectfully and manages both employees, suppliers and customers in a positive way.

Stian Erdal-Arvnes

Partner and CEO at Gritera Quality. Experienced test manager, leader and delivery manager.With a strong passion for the interaction between people and technology, and that success comes through collaboration.

Jhonny has more than 25 years of experience with project management and project deliveries in Norway and internationally across USA, Canada, UK, Eastern-Europe and India. He has a diverse IT perspective with hands-on experience in strategy advisory, sourcing, compliance and performance management with special focus on ERP and data analytics. He has completed several business-critical projects working with local and global delivery teams with high demands for delivering customer value and satisfaction.

As a person, Jhonny is empathetic and sociable with a strong grit. He works proactively and independently with focus on quality and deliveries. He is structured, analytical and works well with teams across disciplines and business areas at all levels in an organisation.

Jhonny Sharma

Partner and CEO at Gritera Analytics, with extensive experience experience in Norway and internationally in project management, sourcing and performance management. Focus on turning challenges into actionable solutions.

Yngve has over 10 years of experience as a consultant and has broad experience in project management, system implementations and business processes for several leading players across industries in Norway. He has a very strong business and technology understanding and a unique ability to both see the big picture in complex problems as well as the levels across disciplines. 

Yngve has worked extensively in the interface between finance and technology, i.a. within operating models, finance processes, financial planning and reporting in addition to digitization projects and implementations.

As a person, Yngve is proactive, solution-oriented, has a structured and comprehensive end-to-end perspective and is concerned with ensuring good communication and involvement. He is used to working with all levels of an organization and often has a role that both combines and requires a good understanding of both IT and business in all project stages.

Yngve Mongstad

Consultant with extensive experience in project management, technology, business processes and technology implementations. Passionate about making a difference and creating long lasting value together with the customer.

Business consultant, project manager with 14 years experience from consulting roles at Accenture, Karabin, Gritera and leadership roles in the industry.

Often works with projects at the intersection of business and technology with focus on change management, operational and organizational improvements, IT implementations and business strategy.
