Winnie Wong

Winnie is an experienced test manager and quality advisor with over seven years of experience from complex IT deliveries within banking, finance, public sector, and maritime industries. She combines strong technical understanding with strategic and operational test management, and has established test strategies and test plans and followed up on system and integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) across teams. She works in a structured and risk-based manner, with emphasis on prioritization, progress, and defect management.

As a test manager, Winnie has coordinated test activities and resources, followed up on risks and test results, and provided project management and stakeholders with a clear basis for decision-making. She collaborates closely with developers, architects, and business resources, and has experience with training and knowledge sharing.

Technically, she has experience with API testing, database testing (SQL), test automation, and CI/CD. This gives her a good understanding of dependencies and data flows in complex system landscapes, which she actively uses in test planning, risk assessment, and defect analysis. With a Master of Science in Business – Major in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School and ISTQB certification, she combines technical insight with a clear business perspective.
