Torstein Kjemphol

Torstein is an experienced and structured quality manager with extensive expertise in test management and data migration/validation. He has broad experience from complex transformation, integration, and M&A projects. He has led large teams and held key roles in technically demanding deliveries for more than a decade. He combines business understanding with technical insight and is known for his risk-based approach and ability to adapt quickly.

In recent years, Torstein has been responsible for data migration and data validation in one of Norway's largest SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. Here, he has also been a strong advocate for modernizing the testing and quality assurance process through the implementation of modern testing tools with extensive use of automation.

He has also held the role of delivery manager in large customer deliveries with overall responsibility for multiple teams in both project and operational activities.

In addition to delivery work, he has also been an instructor and facilitator in several leadership development programs. He is described as calm, knowledgeable, and confident in complex project situations.
