Niklas Krysander

Niklas is an engaged and results-oriented consultant with extensive experience in project management within Analytics and ERP. He has a strong international profile, communicates clearly across organizational levels, and thrives with complex challenges that require both technical depth and business understanding.

Most recently as Analytics Director in the Wilhelmsen Group, he led teams within Analytics/BI, Process Mining, and RPA, served as product owner and scrum master for the analytics platform, and was part of the leadership team for GBS Technology. This gave him valuable insight into how global organizations build and scale data-driven capabilities across business units and geographies.

He has extensive experience with data and star modeling, CI/CD pipelines, ETL, integration, and data architecture. The combination of technical competence and leadership experience enables him to bridge the gap between technical teams and the business side, ensuring that technology deliveries address real business needs.
