She has worked both on the vendor side and as an advisor to the customer, and has led numerous procurements from needs assessment and RFP to vendor evaluation and contract negotiations according to SSA. She has deep ERP expertise, particularly in Infor M3 and CloudSuite, and uses it as a foundation in her work with process improvement and standardization.
