Gry Evita Sivertsen

Gry Evita Sivertsen is Partner and COO at Gritera Security, as well as head of Gritera's operations in Stavanger. She is a recognized security leader and advisor specializing in information security, management systems, and ISO 27001.

With six years of experience as a security leader in an international SaaS company, she led the establishment of the organization's management system for information security and privacy, including certification according to ISO 27001 and ISO 27701. She has been responsible for security management, risk management, compliance, audits, customer requirements, and reporting to management and the board.

Before Gritera, Gry led PwC's cyber initiative in Rogaland and assisted organizations with security strategy, maturity development, and certification. She is particularly known for her ability to translate complex security requirements into practical and business-oriented solutions.

Gry has received several awards in technology, leadership, and information security. She is featured in the book "37 Women Who Are Changing Norway" and is an active voice in the industry with nearly 14,000 followers on LinkedIn.
