Winnie Wong

Winnie is an experienced test manager and quality advisor with seven years of experience from complex IT deliveries in the banking, finance, public, and maritime sectors. She translates test strategy into practical, risk-based test plans and has overseen system and integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) across teams. She works in a structured manner, with emphasis on prioritization, progress, and defect management.

As a test manager, she coordinates test activities and resources, monitors risks and test results, and provides project management and stakeholders with a clear basis for decision-making. She collaborates closely with developers, architects, and business resources, and has experience with training.
