Hilde Trageton

Hilde has worked with IT implementation projects as a consultant, supplier, and on the client side. She understands how the introduction of new IT solutions and technology impacts the business side. As a technology advisor, she has led a large number of strategically important projects with IT leadership teams to set direction, plan, and execute digitalization and sourcing initiatives. She can also demonstrate many years of leadership experience in management groups, as a project manager, and as a line manager. She holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU (2006).

Hilde has a very strong project management profile and can lead complex IT projects as well as follow up and guide other project managers. Her experience also includes program management and portfolio management at the corporate level. She has worked with a broad spectrum of different companies across various industries, with a focus on transport, logistics, and retail.

As a person, Hilde is analytical and structured, with the ability to focus on details without losing sight of the overall picture. She is active and engaged both at work and outside of work.
