Hilde Trageton

Hilde has worked with IT implementations as a consultant, supplier, and on the customer side. She understands the business impact of introducing new IT solutions and technology. As a technology advisor, she has led a large number of strategic priority projects with IT leadership teams to set direction, plan, and implement digitalization and sourcing initiatives. She also has a track record of leadership experience both in management teams, as a project manager, and as a line manager. She holds a Master's degree in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU (2006).

Hilde has a very strong project manager profile and can lead complex IT projects as well as follow up and coach other project managers. Her experience also includes program management and corporate level portfolio management. She has worked with a wide range of different companies in various industries, with a focus on transport, logistics, and retail.

As a person, Hilde is analytical and structured, with the ability to focus on details without losing sight of the big picture. She shows initiative and dedication both professionally and outside of work.
