Christian Skjølberg

Christian Skjølberg has extensive experience as a project manager for large digital transformation programs in complex organizations, focusing on risk management, change management, and benefit realization. He excels at communication, getting people to work together towards common goals, and building bridges between people, technology, and processes.

In recent years, Christian has primarily been involved in various phases of procurement and implementation of ERP, CRM, or HRM cloud solutions, with associated changes and transitions. He has many years of practical experience in project and program management and leadership, and is accustomed to driving activities, producing deliverables, and creating results.

In addition to being an experienced project manager, consultant, and solution architect, he is also the head of Gritera’s branch office in Vestfold.
