Stian Erdal-Arvnes

Stian has worked for 17 years in the IT industry as a consultant for several of Norway’s largest companies. He started as a test manager in various projects within banking, public sector, telecom, logistics and shipping. In the last 10 years, Stian has worked mainly with IT management and as delivery manager/project manager in several major international projects. As a delivery manager, Stian has followed up various suppliers and personally led teams from Europe and India. He has worked with tenders and procurements, both for private and public sector entities, and is well acquainted with the various standard agreements in the market.

Stian has always held several roles where he has combined various management roles while working directly with projects and application management. He has been involved in several large outsourcing agreements and has helped shape the setup around transition, governance and delivery method. In addition, Stian has held several management positions with full personnel responsibility and responsibility for the companies’ financial objectives.

Stian is analytical and quickly familiarizes himself with new issues. He easily acquires new knowledge and is very solution-oriented. He communicates clearly, but respectfully, and knows how to take care of employees, suppliers and customers in a very good way.
