Project management is the key to well-executed projects - whether they are carried out in the private or public sector. Gritera assists with project management of both smaller projects and in the largest and most complex IT and digitization projects.

We can also help establish, improve, and lead the management of the project portfolio management according to the needs of your business. Based on the type of work and the organization it should be carried out in, our experiene shows that some projects should be managed based on agile principles and others in a more traditional fashion. Some services we offer in project- and agile team management

Project management on the customer side

Our consultants can take responsibility for planning and implementation of the project. We can be your project manager and follow up on any external suppliers.

Support for internal project management

We can relieve the internal project manager with administrative tasks, contribute with methodology, take responsibility for defined areas and be an advisor and sparring partner who ensures progress and good decisions. E.g. we can provide support during the set-up of agile teams.

Program management

We can take responsibility for the planning and implementation of a program. We ensure close dialogue and coordination across the projects in the program.

Establishment of a model for project portfolio management

Our consultants can establish and implement a model for portfolio management of the programs and projects in the company. Alternatively, we can also improve the existing model if one already exists. We also assist in ensuring a well-established mandate, establishment of the portfolio through data collection, implementation of management mechanisms and a plan for follow-up and evaluation of the model.

Management of project portfolio

We can lead the company's project portfolio for a period. We assist with follow-up and guidance of project managers, advice and quality assurance of project mandates, further development of project methodology, and reporting on progress, costs and quality for the projects in the portfolio.

Contribute in steering groups

Take responsibility or assist the project's steering group to ensure success and good goal achievement for the individual project. A good and well-functioning steering group is an important success factor for the success of project implementation.

Quality assurance

Lead and implement quality assurance of all phases and products related to project and portfolio management. As an independent consultant, we can assist or lead the quality assurance of both supplier and internal project group. Good quality assurance in the early phases will be crucial for the project's further success and goal achievement.
