Thomas Dahl Gunnerud

Thomas is a trained military career officer with over 11 years of experience from the Armed Forces in leadership and administration, including logistics, finance, HR and resource management, and has supplemented this with an MBA from Nord University in strategy and leadership with a focus on change processes. Thomas currently works as Director at Gritera Advisory and is service manager for project and program management.

In recent years, Thomas has worked on several IT projects within production and retail. As project manager, Thomas has led projects within ERP cloud migration (Infor M3), master data, material management and procurement (SAP Defense), procurement and implementation of Point of Sales (physical cash register system), system implementation, development of decision-making basis, application manager for customer and collaboration, data migration and cleanup of article data. Thomas has led several process mappings where documentation was lacking, and has led developers in work with integrations related to ERP, accounting and CRM systems.

Thomas has extensive experience within logistics, goods flow, transport of materials and supplies, and retail. He thrives in the interface between technology and process efficiency.

As a consultant, Thomas is characterized as highly structured, clear in communication, self-driven, engaged and possesses analytical problem-solving abilities.
