Geir Pedersen

Geir has 14 years of experience from both the client and supplier sides in business-driven IT and digitalization projects. He is a project manager with extensive experience in the procurement and implementation of business systems within areas such as ERP (finance and logistics), CRM, and Retail. In recent years, Geir has also been responsible for managing project portfolios at several companies.

Geir is active in the Norwegian Computer Society (Dataforeningen) as Assistant Network Manager in the Strategic Network for Digitalization Managers and IT Managers, and as a board member of the ERP professional group.

As a person, Geir is engaging, analytical, structured, and has strong execution skills. He collaborates well across various professional and business areas and is accustomed to working closely with all levels of an organization, from director level to store employees. Geir is certified in PRINCE2 project management methodology and Management of Portfolios (MoP) methodology for project portfolio management, as well as ScrumMaster for agile methodology.
