Jhonny has 27 years of experience in management and business governance across a wide range of projects in the IT industry in Norway, USA, Europe, and Asia. He has extensive experience in architecture, development, implementation, administration, and operation of IT solutions with a focus on ERP, BI, and management information systems. Jhonny has completed several business-critical projects focusing on turning challenges into feasible solutions, and has worked on establishing delivery centers and global teams with high demands for delivering customer value and satisfaction.

Jhonny has developed, led, and implemented multiple deliveries with resources from Norway and internationally, established subsidiaries and partnership models with global sourcing providers, and developed and set up IT and ERP service offerings and deliveries in Norway, Eastern Europe, and Asia. Jhonny also has extensive experience in architecture, development, and implementation of ERP and BI solutions with a primary focus on Unit4 ERP and reporting tools such as Excelerator, ARC, AG16, and MS PowerBI.
